When You Can Change Your Shipping Address

If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update the shipping address quickly and easily.

When It’s Too Late to Change the Shipping Address

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

At that point, the carrier (FedEx, UPS, Freight Company) has the shipment in transit, and rerouting is usually not possible.
In some cases, carriers may offer a rerouting service for a fee, but this is not guaranteed, and Med Mart cannot initiate it on your behalf.
