Step-by-Step: Starting Your Return

Request a Return Authorization (RA):

Visit the "Request a Return" link under My Account at the bottom of our website.

Or email us at helpdesk@medmart.com with your order details.

Follow the Return Instructions:

Select the item(s) you’d like to return and tell us why.

Attach any photos if applicable.

We’ll review your request and send return instructions with an RA number.

Prepare Your Item for Return:

Make sure the item is in new, unused condition, with original packaging and materials.

You are responsible for safely packaging the item for return.

Shipping Your Return:

You can use a carrier of your choice—just provide us with tracking.

Or we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.

For large or freight items, we’ll arrange pickup and send shipping instructions (including palletization, if needed).

Thinking About an Exchange?
Exchanges are processed just like returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll help you place a new order.
⚠️ Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or 3 days for lift chairs). Some items are not eligible for return—see our full Return Policy here.
