Steps to Take if Your Tracking Says Delivered but You Don't Have Your Package

Here’s what you should do to help locate your package quickly.
1. Double-Check Around Your Property

Look around your front door, porch, garage, side door, back entrance, or any other usual delivery spots.

Sometimes delivery drivers leave packages in less obvious places to help protect them from weather or theft.

If you live in an apartment or condo, check with your building office, mailroom, or neighbors who might have accepted the package for you.
2. Check With Other Members of Your Household

Make sure someone else in your home hasn’t already brought the package inside without notifying you.
3. Review the Tracking Details

Look carefully at the tracking status for notes or delivery instructions.

Sometimes the carrier may leave a message like "Left at front porch", "Delivered to garage", or "Signed by neighbor".
4. Allow 24 Hours

Occasionally, tracking systems are updated before the package is actually dropped off.

It's common for carriers like FedEx, UPS, or freight companies to mark an item as delivered a few hours ahead of the actual arrival.
If it's been less than 24 hours since the "delivered" scan, your package may still be on its way.
5. Contact the Carrier Directly
