What to Expect
Here’s how it works after you place your order:

Processing & Scheduling:
Once your order is processed, a member of our team will coordinate delivery with a certified technician in your area. -
Arrival at Local Service Center:
When your item arrives at the local Service Center, you'll be contacted to schedule your in-home delivery appointment. -
White Glove Setup Includes:

Unpacking and inspection of your product

Assembly (if needed)

Placement in the room of your choice

Removal of packaging materials

Delivery Area & Access:
Please let us know in advance if your home has stairs, narrow hallways, or other access limitations. If special delivery measures (like hoisting or window removal) are needed, additional costs and risks are your responsibility.
Delivery Guidelines

Appointment Required:
Deliveries are by appointment only and must be confirmed in advance. -
Rescheduling or Missed Deliveries:
If you miss your scheduled delivery or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a redelivery fee of $100 will apply. -
Storage Policy:
If you're not ready to accept delivery within 30 days, a 2% monthly storage fee applies. After 90 days, your order may be canceled and refunded minus a 15% service fee and any storage costs. -
Non-Refundable Fees:
All delivery fees — including White Glove, expedited shipping, and tech setup — are non-refundable once the service is scheduled or completed.
