What You Need to Know About Making Changes After You Place an Order
At Med Mart, we understand that sometimes plans change.
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order—but there are important limitations based on where your order is in the shipping process.
Here’s what you need to know.
When You Can Cancel or Modify an Order
You can cancel or change your order if:

The item has not yet shipped

The item is not a custom-built or made-to-order product
If you catch it early, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request with no penalty.
When Cancellation or Modification Is No Longer Possible

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If the product is a custom-built or personalized item, it may not be eligible for cancellation even if it hasn’t shipped yet.

Some manufacturers begin building products immediately after the order is placed, which limits our ability to cancel.
Important Notes

Orders already in fulfillment status (even if not yet shipped) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10%, especially for custom orders.

Custom-built products that are canceled (if possible) may also incur a cancellation fee.

What Happens If the Order Has Already Shipped?
If your item has already shipped, it would be considered a return instead of a cancellation, and standard return policies (including restocking fees and return shipping costs) would apply.
