While we strive to make returns easy, there are some products that, due to safety, hygiene, or customization, cannot be returned. Here's what to know before you buy:
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Clearance / Open-Box Items
Sold “as is” and final sale -
Gift Certificates
Cannot be refunded or exchanged -
Personalized Items
Including products customized with names or messages -
Items Marked “Non-Returnable”
This is clearly noted on the product page before purchase -
Custom-Built or Made-to-Order Products
Built to your specs and not returnable once production starts
What Counts as a Custom-Built Item?
Custom-built manufacturing includes:

Non-standard fabric or color options on lift chairs

Modified dimensions or optional add-ons (like footrest extensions)

Any item built per order and not stocked as standard
⚠️ If a custom order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to cancel it with a 10% cancellation fee. However, once production begins, it cannot be canceled or returned.
Reminder: Returnable Items Must Be Unused
To qualify for a return:

The product must be new and unassembled

It must be in its original packaging

Any signs of use, wear, or missing parts may void your return
