How to Start a Return
If you need to return an item:

Go to the “Request a Return” link under My Account at the bottom of the website.

Or email us at helpdesk@medmart.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
⚠️ Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Lift Chair returns must be requested within 3 days.
Some items are non-returnable, including custom items, used products, and any items marked “Non-Returnable” at checkout.
General Return Conditions
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Tracking numbers must be provided.

You may ship your return yourself, or ask us to provide a label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Return must be received within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds & Fees
Refunds are issued within 30 days of item inspection and will be reduced by:

Original shipping costs (even if you received free shipping)

Return shipping (if arranged by us)

Restocking fees (typically 15–30%; minimum $15)

Ineligible refunds include setup fees, used items, missing accessories, or custom-made products
📌 Orders under $25, Golden Technologies lift chairs, and Bestcare items are non-returnable.
Financing orders have a flat 20% restocking fee.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
These are not eligible for return due to health, safety, or manufacturer policy:

Any used or installed item

Custom-built or personalized items

Mattresses, bedding, slings, cushions, and incontinence supplies

Open box items, gift cards, and items under $25

Modular ramps, pool lifts, vehicle lifts after installation
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

For freight or White Glove deliveries, always inspect the package. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery slip or refuse the delivery.

We’ll send a replacement or parts at no charge if reported within the claim window.
Special Notes
-
Canceling an order after 3 days or once it’s in fulfillment may incur a 10% fee.

Unauthorized returns (returns without an RA number) will be refused and not refunded.

Protection Plans are non-refundable after item delivery.
