1. Seat Height (Seat-to-Floor Height)

You want your feet to rest flat on the floor when seated, with your knees at a 90-degree angle.
This improves comfort, circulation, and makes standing easier.
How to measure:

Sit on a standard chair (like a dining room chair) with your feet flat on the floor.

2. Seat Width
