Price Matching (Online Sales Vs. Store Sales)

Will you match the online price of an item to the store price of an item? 

The short answer is yes and no. It depends on the item in question and is at the store management's discretion.  

Please keep in mind that we will always do our best with matching store an online prices as well as match from our competitors. If you are visiting one of our 3 exquisite showrooms in Cincinnati or Dayton and you find a price that is lower online, please discuss price matching with a Store Manager. Not ALL products have the option of price matching between online and in the store.

Why not you ask?

Much more is entailed in the merchandise you see at a store vs. buying online. In our stores, we have paid for the items, paid the shipping, received them in intake, assembled the item, inspected it and we pay for the space that it is being showcased in monthly. Online sales are ordered by us, paid by you and in most cases is delivered to your curb or door, disassembled. You have the option of purchasing a package online where we will come into your home and set it up, but you are paying for that service above and beyond it being simply delivered to you with our free shipping policy.  

All in all, we want you to be happy with our services and our products and will do our best in price matching online sales vs. in store sales!

    I was told by the sales associate that my scooter would be delivered within 5 to 7 business days and I was shocked to get a doorbell ring the day after the purchase with my item . Service doesn't get any better than that. I wanted to have it by Fathers Day and it happened.
