Retail store returns

Please return the item at either one of our retail stores. 

We Will gladly accept returns or exchanges, following these guidelines:

  • Merchandise accompanied by original sales receipts.
  • Return is within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Merchandise must be unused and undamaged.
  • Lift chair, scooter, wheelchair, hospital bed and leisure bed purchases must be returned, or notice that you want to return must be received, within 3 days of delivery.
  • No returns on mattresses.
  • Merchandise return must include original packaging.
  • No returns on clearance items — all sales final.
  • No merchandise may be accepted for return if worn next to the skin, used for sanitary or hygienic purposes, or if it is disposable (supplies, underpads, diapers, lancets, creams, etc.)
  • Special order items will require a deposit and are non-returnable.
  • $31.00 fee on returned checks from bank.
  • Labor and Trip charges apply after 90 days on warranty repairs.
  • Rental equipment is for the period specified and is not pro-rated or refundable. Only one month’s rental may be applied to a purchase.
  • Any purchase made by cash or check over $50 will be issued a corporate refund check and will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks.
